Derivatives

Use the d/dx button on the Calculus palette. If x is a constant or range variable, use =. If x is a variable, use the arrow from the evaluation palette, or press Ctrl-. (ctrl-key, together with the point-key). This is called symbolic evaluation.

Antiderivatives

Here you use the integral button on the Calculus palette.

Limits

Can also be evaluated, using symbolic evaluation. The limit button is again on the Calculus palette.
